Rhonda D'Ambrosio has extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment and consultancy industry. Rhonda first started their career as a Business Development Manager at Computer Futures Solutions in 2001. Rhonda then moved on to become a Managing Consultant at Crystal from 2002 to 2007.

In 2007, Rhonda founded their own company called Mida Technologies Ltd, specializing in IT recruitment with a focus on matching skill sets, personalities, and corporate culture. Rhonda owned and directed this business until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Rhonda worked as the Managing Director of Global Recruitment & Resource Solutions at Allied Worldwide. Rhonda played a key role in transforming and building the recruitment business, as well as providing strategic input to the company as a whole.

Rhonda worked closely with clients to customize the Kite app template and empower their staff through mental health initiatives.

Lastly, in 2019, Rhonda founded Mental Health in Recruitment Ltd, where they serve as the Founder.

Rhonda D'Ambrosio has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their life. In 2016, they attended IANLPC to become a certified NLP Practitioner.
