Rhonda D'Ambrosio has extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment and consultancy industry. Rhonda first started their career as a Business Development Manager at Computer Futures Solutions in 2001. Rhonda then moved on to become a Managing Consultant at Crystal from 2002 to 2007.
In 2007, Rhonda founded their own company called Mida Technologies Ltd, specializing in IT recruitment with a focus on matching skill sets, personalities, and corporate culture. Rhonda owned and directed this business until 2014.

During the same year, Rhonda also enrolled in ILM to study High Performance Coaching.
