Donna began their career as a Research Analyst at Eagle Research, where they compiled final reports and analyzed data using SPSS. Donna then moved on to The Myers Group, where they assumed various roles, including Senior Research Analyst and Account Executive and Research Consultant. In these positions, Donna worked closely with health plans to design member surveys, interpret results, and identify improvement opportunities. Donna also served as the analytics product line manager for the company's largest product line, analyzing survey data and monitoring the competitor landscape. Currently, Donna works at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. as a Consumer and Market Insights professional. Here, they manage secondary research and NPD syndicated data to identify market trends and opportunities. Donna collaborates with various departments to develop research objectives, analyze results using SPSS, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Donna Barnhill received their MBA in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their degree between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from LSU Shreveport. Additionally, Donna has completed certifications in Professional Researcher from the MRA (Market Research Association) in February 2013.
