Jacob Henderson

Jacob Henderson, MS, serves as an Epidemiologist at Hamilton County Public Health since December 2018, where responsibilities include the creation and management of dashboards using Tableau for critical health data analysis, including drug overdoses and infectious diseases. Prior experience includes functioning as a Disease Investigation Specialist, focusing on linking individuals diagnosed with HIV and syphilis to treatment. Past roles include serving as a Mercy Health Americorps Emergency Department Addiction Navigator, where Jacob increased intervention rates through substance abuse screenings, and positions at Pearson VUE and Prometric as an Administrator, overseeing computer-based exams. Jacob also gained communications experience as an intern with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Alzheimer's Association, where outreach and social media campaigns were key tasks. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
