Johanna Beaver

Johanna Beaver has a long history of working in Human Resources and related fields. Johanna began their career in 2003 as a Case Manager at Pawnee Mental Health Services, where they provided home and community-based mental health services and collaborated with psychiatrists, parents, teachers, and other community members in aiding clients in meeting treatment goals. Also in 2003, they began working as an Adjunct Professor/Instructor at Cloud County Community College, where they instructed students in the principles of Psychology and Sociology. In 2001, they began working as an Applied Behavior Analysis Consultant at Advance Behavior Consulting, where they coordinated with the Miami Children's Hospital Early Intervention Program as their sole ABA provider. In 2010, they became the Owner/Operator of Ward and June Boutique (formerly Mon Petit Tresors). In 2018, they began working as an HR Administrator & Payroll Specialist at MCT Sheet Metal, Inc. In 2019, they began working as an Human Resources Administrator & Payroll Specialist at Howco Group, where they provided key support for HR across various locations throughout the US and Canada. In 2020, they began working as an HR Site Manager at Crothall Healthcare, where they provided key support for leadership and 400 associates across three shifts, facilitated training and development for managerial staff, managed the recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new hires, administered comprehensive payroll and benefits for 400+ personnel, completed internal investigations, employee incident interviews and aided department managers in off-boarding and employee layoffs. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Director at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals. Currently, they are a Human Resources Director at Hamilton Health Box.

Johanna Beaver obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University in 2002, having started in 1999. Johanna then went on to earn their Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2012.
