Lesah Wood, MA, CHRL, is an accomplished professional in the field of organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Homewood Health since December 2022. Lesah Wood has extensive experience as the Owner of Lesah Wood Consulting since September 2019 and has held various leadership roles at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, including Manager of Leadership, Organizational Development & Wellness. Additional positions held include Director of Organizational Development at Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network and Director of Human Resources at both dentalcorp and CBI Health Group. With a Master's degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College, Lesah Wood has consistently demonstrated expertise in enhancing organizational effectiveness throughout a diverse career.
