Drew Carl

Drew is the Chief Accounting Officer for the firm, where he is responsible for financial reporting, accounting and internal controls.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, Drew was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Audit & Assurance practice. Drew’s prior experience includes mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and the accounting and reporting requirements of public companies, and technical accounting issues in areas such as business combinations, consolidations, and revenue recognition.

Drew received a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and PICPA).
