Patricia began their career as a lawyer at Irwin Mitchell in 2005, before moving to Osborne Clarke in 2007. In 2010, they joined Clayton Utz as a Special Counsel, where they advised on the IPOs of Oneview Healthcare, WiseTech Global, Medibank Private, Eclipx, MYOB, Monash IVF Group, OzForex, QR National, Collins Foods, among others. Patricia also advised both issuers and joint lead managers on secondary raisings (both equity, hybrid and debt) for MYOB, Echo Entertainment Group, Bank of Queensland, Origin Energy, Woolworths, Asciano and Super Retail Group, among others.

In 2019, Patricia joined Hamilton Locke as a partner. Patricia continues to advise clients on a range of corporate law matters, including IPOs and secondary raisings.
