Abhi Singh has a diverse range of work experience. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Sai Plast, where they optimized raw material input and developed quality checklists for production workers. In 2019, they worked as a Food Service Worker at Sodexo, and as a Graduate Assistant at Pittsburg State University. In 2020, they joined JM Eagle as a Quality Control Technician, ensuring product quality and improving manufacturing processes. Later in 2020, they joined Tesla as a Quality Technician, participating in continuous improvement activities and implementing corrective actions. Currently, Abhi is working at Hamilton Medical as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they develop and validates manufacturing processes, manages corrective actions, and facilitates risk analysis documentation.
Abhi Singh completed their education in the field of Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Abhi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from the University of Mumbai between the years 2012 and 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree at Pittsburg State University from 2019 to 2020.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Abhi Singh has also obtained several certifications. Abhi earned the Lead QMS Auditor certification from Oriel STAT A MATRIX in March 2022. Abhi also completed the Process Validation Training for Medical Devices: Principles and Protocols from the same institution in March 2022. Moreover, they obtained the ISO 13485:2016 Auditor Training certification from SAE International in November 2021.
Abhi Singh has further expanded their knowledge and skills through additional certifications. Abhi completed the Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing course on LinkedIn in August 2021. In May 2020, they achieved the Cert Prep: Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate certification from LinkedIn, as well as the Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate - Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systèmes.
Lastly, Abhi Singh holds the Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB) certification from ASQ, which they obtained in March 2020.
