Peter Casey

Peter Casey has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and investment industry. Peter currently holds the position of Managing Director - Capital Markets at Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments, where they oversee the acquisition and management of apartment communities. Prior to this, Peter was the Managing Director - Capital Markets at Sack Properties, where they were responsible for equity capital formation, fundraising, and debt origination/portfolio management. Peter also has experience as the Director - Capital Formation at Interstate Equities Corporation, where they led equity capital markets/fundraising activities for the company's investment vehicles. Additionally, Peter has worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where they were involved in investment management and business development activities, and at BIRCH POINT PARTNERS, LLC. as a Principal focused on distressed master-plan community investments. Peter began their career at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in the Fixed Income Structured Products Group.

Peter Casey received their Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended St. George's School from 1995 to 1997. In 2000, they participated in a semester abroad program at Murdoch University. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Real Estate & Investments, from 2006 to 2008.
