Marcela Kostihová is the Dean at Hamline University’s College of Liberal Arts and Professor of English. She teaches a wide array of courses from Literary and Cultural Theory, to topic seminars such as Marlowe and Shakespeare or Renaissance Drama, to courses on Neoliberal Subjects and Stephenie Meyer. In addition to Shakespeare in Transition, a book published by Palgrave Macmillan (2010) and How to Analyze the Works of Stephenie Meyer, a textbook published by ABDO Publishing Company (2011), Kostihova has published articles on Shakespeare, Renaissance culture, and post-communism. Marcela received her Ph.D. in English with a minor in Feminist Studies, from the University of Minnesota (2002).
