Currently, Peter serves as the President of Hammerhead Technology Corp, a technology consulting firm. Peter is involved in projects related to Fractional CIO, Strategic Product Advisor, Software Engineering, Automation, and Cloud Administration. Additionally, they are responsible for delivering proprietary platforms for crowd-sourced conservation, sustainable fishing and traceability, and emergency life-saving service delivery.

Peter also works as a Strategic Advisor for Flueid, an independent technology company focused on making the real estate process more efficient and secure. Peter helps unlock data and digitally move real estate transactions forward for a streamlined experience.

Furthermore, Peter serves as a Strategic Advisor for PointingFish.ai, an AI/ML Document Understanding platform. Peter is involved in the development of proprietary insertion, classification, and extraction features, contributing to automation at scale through digitization and validation of unstructured content.

In addition to their technology roles, Peter has also held positions as a Board Member for Friends of the Carr Refuge Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the marine environment, and as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Nirveda Cognition Inc, a cognitive computing company.

Peter has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Connect Ocean Conservation Outreach (COCO), an organization that promotes environmental awareness and conservation efforts among youth and communities. Furthermore, they have held the position of Board Member for ClosingCorp, which provides intelligence for closing costs and service providers in the residential real estate industry.

Peter's previous experience includes serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for RECITY India Private Ltd, an advisory role. Additionally, they served as the President of Simply Secure Sign, where they transformed a legacy product into a fully digital, online ADA compliant experience, preparing the platform for increased market demand during the pandemic.

Prior to that, Peter held the position of EVP Chief Information Officer at Mortgage Connect, LP, a mortgage services provider. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of technology and played a key role in the company's 10x revenue growth and expansion to a corporation with a full spectrum of diversified products.

Peter P. began their education at the Sefton Information Technology Center from 1985 to 1987, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming. In 1996, they attended The University of Manchester and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, completing their studies in 1997. Continuing their professional development, Peter attended Southern Methodist University in 2007 and received a Professional Certification in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2015, they pursued a Professional Certification in Organizational Leadership at Columbia University.
