Barrett Freeman

Barrett Freeman is currently the Vice President of Development at Hammes Partners, a private investment platform focused exclusively on the U.S. Prior to their current role, Barrett held the position of Vice President at CBRE, where Barrett spearheaded ground-up development projects for Baylor Scott & White Health. With previous experience as Director of Acquisitions at Caddis and Development Director at WWP Development, Barrett has a strong background in real estate transactions and development. Barrett holds an MBA with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from SMU Cox School of Business, where Barrett was a distinguished scholar. Barrett also earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
