Luis Alejandro Sánchez

Luis Alejandro Sánchez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Luis Alejandro began their career as a Recruitment & Selection specialist at GRUPO PRODENSA, where they worked from April 2012 to November 2013. Luis Alejandro then joined Johnson Controls in November 2013 as an HR Analyst, specializing in Learning & Development. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as supporting the Learning Management System, administering L&D programs, and assisting in the deployment of training programs. In August 2015, Luis was promoted to Sr. HR Ops Analyst Talent Management, where they took on additional responsibilities such as leading the Talent Management Team, creating e-Learning modules, and supporting the implementation of a new manufacturing model. Luis joined Hammond Power Solutions in May 2018 as a Human Resources Coordinator and was later promoted to the role of People and Culture Manager in April 2023.

Luis Alejandro Sánchez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UANL between the years 2007 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources at Universidad Tecmilenio from 2014 to 2016.
