Jarrod Pate

Jarrod Pate has a strong background in operations and management. Jarrod is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Hana Group US, where they are responsible for developing senior leaders and ensuring consistent results through effective communication and collaboration. Jarrod oversees a team of 27 area managers and manages a P&L budget of $130 million in annual sales.

Prior to their role at Hana Group, Jarrod worked as the Vice President of Client Development at Acosta Bentonville in 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Merchandise Activity Planning (Meat & Seafood) at Walmart.

Jarrod gained extensive experience during their time at Sam's Club, where they held various roles from 2001 to 2018. Jarrod served as a Senior Manager II, Operations Transformation, leading grand opening and relocation projects across the country. Jarrod also worked as a Merchandise Planner, contributing to merchandise finance activities for Outdoor Living. Additionally, they held roles as a Club Design Project Manager, Space Allocation Manager, and Club Manager, demonstrating their expertise in category management, space optimization, and overall operations management.

Jarrod Pate completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications at The University of Toledo from 2000 to 2004.
