Alicia Spradlin

Alicia Spradlin is the Vice President of Physical Technology & Operations at Hana. Alicia has been with the company since December 2018 and in their current role since March 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the Vice President of Technology at Hana, a position they held from the company's inception in December 2018 through March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the design and technology innovation for the Hana brand, as well as creating and managing a portfolio of technology products and operations.

Spradlin began their career at CBRE in October 2011 as the Vice President of Technology, Global. In this role, they were responsible for Host Digital and Host Flex - CBRE's SaaS workplace experience application delivering an enterprise platform that connects employees' spaces, services, amenities, and building services through an intuitive mobile, web, and client portal experience. Alicia also led the sales solutions, contract, product design innovation, roadmap, platform engineering, client implementations, and support for global clients.

Alicia Spradlin's educational career includes completing the Harvard ManageMentor Program, as well as attending The University of Texas at Dallas.
