Paul Nellist is the current Managing Director for EMEA at Hana. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Paul has a proven track record in driving long term value and delivering objectives over a sustained period.

Paul started their career in 1999 as a Consultant at Savills. Paul then moved to CBRE in 2002 and became the Global Head of Transaction Management for American Express. In this role, they were responsible for the 10m sqft owned & leased portfolio across 24 countries. Paul then moved to Standard Chartered Bank in 2008 where they became the Global Head of Asset Management, Property. In this role, they had a reputation for innovation and strategic thinking. Paul successfully motivated a globally diverse team with a focus on strategic thinking and innovation.

Paul is focused and collaborative with a track record of successfully delivering objectives over a sustained period and providing shareholder value whilst embracing disruption, change and the need for human-centred design.

Paul Nellist attended the University of Westminster, where they studied Urban Estate Management. After graduating with their bachelor's degree, they went on to study at Solent University.

Paul Nellist reports to Amy O'Neil, Chief Operating Officer. They work with Alicia Spradlin - VP of Physical Technology & Operations, Angela Morris - Head of Operations & Finance, and Amy Johannes - VP of Field Operations.
