Donald Crouch

As SVP of Strategic Solutions, Donald leads the charge for exceptional customer service. His team leverages business intelligence to improve results and continuously improve or design new products for Hancock’s partners. Donald has over 20 years’ experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, starting out as a field adjuster with Travelers and advancing into roles such as Vice President of Business Intelligence, Head of Catastrophe and Head of Property Claims Innovation with Liberty Mutual Insurance. He has always been dedicated to building a unified claims ecosystem to bring ease and efficiency to the claims handling landscape on behalf of insurers and service providers. Donald earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Maryland. He holds his CPCU and serves as an advisory board member of the Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB). Donald lives in Tampa, Florida, and enjoys golfing, biking, traveling and spending time with family.
