Desiree Baldwin has extensive experience in correctional and support roles, currently serving as a Correctional Officer at Hancock County Sheriff's Office in Indiana since May 2022. Prior to this, Desiree worked as a Correctional Officer for the Indiana Department of Correction from June 2017 to February 2022 and as an Employment Consultant at Easter Seals Crossroads from November 2014 to June 2017. Additional experience includes managing daily operations at Subway as General Manager, supporting self-sufficiency for teens and adults with Indiana Mentor, and serving as an Administrative Assistant at Mac Sheet Metal. Desiree holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Ivy Tech Community College, complemented by previous educational pursuits at Kaplan University and Danville Area Community College.
