Della K Shaw, CPC, ACC, ELI-MP, is an accomplished Executive Coach and Strategic Partner with extensive experience in leadership development and healthcare management. Since January 2019, Della has led DK Shaw Coaching, focusing on the transformational power of leadership coaching. Additional roles include Executive Coach at TLD Group and Coaching Partners, and Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, among others. Previous positions encompass executive roles at Palomar Health, Tenet Healthcare, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, and Pines Health Services, where Della demonstrated expertise in strategic alignment, operational leadership, and innovative healthcare solutions. Della holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Husson University and completed coaching certification from iPEC Coaching.
