Pat Goodwin

Pat Goodwin was appointed Hand Family Companies Vice President of Human Resources in November 2009. As Vice President of Human Resources, Pat Goodwin establishes policies, as well as guidelines for execution across all Hand Family Companies’ locations. Pat also oversees strategic policy development, the payroll team, and disciplinary policy execution. While Pat has worked for the Hand Family Companies since 2009, she has more than 30 years of human resources experience. When she isn’t at work, Pat can be found collecting Depression-era glassware and barware from the 1950’s and 1960’s.
