Callum Birks

Callum Birks possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as both Food and Beverage Manager and Conference and Banqueting Manager at Hand Picked Hotels since January 2022. Prior to this, Callum held the position of Conference & Events Manager at Apex Hotels from February 2019 to January 2022. Callum began a significant tenure at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts as Operations Manager from August 2017 to February 2019, following over a decade at Hand Picked Hotels, where roles included Front Office Manager and C&B Assistant Manager from November 2006 to August 2017.
