Thomas Umbricht

Thomas Umbricht has extensive experience in sports education and coaching, currently serving as Fachvorstand Sport and Sportlehrer at Kantonsschule Zuercher Unterland since August 2011. Since August 2008, Thomas has been involved with Pfadi Winterthur Handball as a Nachwuchstrainer Individuelle Förderung. Additionally, Thomas has been a Trainer for the U17-Nationalmannschaft for the Schweizerischer Handball-Verband (SHV) since July 2007. Prior experience includes role as Sportlehrer at Sekundarschule Niederhasli from June 1999 to July 2011 and as Assistenztrainer at SK Aarhus Elitehåndbold A/S from June 2005 to June 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Human Movement Sciences from ETH Zürich, a Trainer Leistungssport certification from Swiss Olympic, and an EHF Master Coach designation from the European Handball Federation.
