Nima Fard has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Nima started their career at Renew Solutions / Media Metria Ltd., where they worked as a Student Assistant and Intern in the areas of Business Development, Investor Relations, and Marketing. Nima then joined the CEMAG Group as a Student Assistant, gaining experience in Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Controlling, Accounting, and IT. Nima went on to found and serve as the Director of Business Development & Operations at CMP AG / Gulf Filter Technology (GFT) (FZC). Nima then worked at mc R&D GmbH / Berliner Fenster GmbH in Sales and Marketing before joining Hubert Burda Media / Hubert Burda Asia as a Trainee in the Management Graduate Program. At BurdaForward GmbH, they held roles as an Account Manager in the areas of Merchant Relations, Finance, and Publishing, a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, and a Senior Key Account and Brand Manager. Nima's most recent position is at Handelsblatt Media Group, where they started as a Sales Manager before progressing to roles as a Senior Sales Manager and currently, Head of Sales Mobility & Logistics.

Nima Fard holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management und Marketing from Freie Universität Berlin, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they also pursued an Auslandssemester in Management & Marketing (M.Sc.) at SDA Bocconi in 2013-2014. Prior to their master's studies, Nima completed their undergraduate education at Anglia Ruskin University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they attended Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2005 to 2008, where they received a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingeneurwesen.
