Jody Muehlegger

Jody Muehlegger has had a long and varied career in the business world. Jody began their career in 1996 as a Senior Analyst/Analyst/RA at Lexecon. In 2002, they moved to a Practice Specialist role at the same company. In 2004, they joined Abt Associates as a Senior Analyst, conducting qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate economic development & housing initiatives. In 2007, they became an MBA Intern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and in 2008 was promoted to Director of Operations, North America Division. In 2012, they co-founded and became CEO of FlexQuotient, an online service to provide jobseekers with consolidated user-generated data on work culture and professional growth. Finally, in 2014, they were appointed COO & Head of North America at Handpoint.

Jody Muehlegger obtained their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2006 and 2008. Jody then attended Beijing Language and Culture University in 2001 to study Chinese Business Development & Mandarin. Prior to that, they graduated from Harvard University in 1999 with an A.B., Cum Laude in Social Anthropology.
