Jeff Zhang

Jeff Zhang is a CPA and CFA with a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Games Ambassador at Worlds of Fun. In 2011, they trained as an Auditing Trainee at KPMG and in 2012, they were an International Banking TSP Summer Intern at RBS Markets & International Banking. In 2013, they worked as a Financial Service Group Auditor at KPMG. In 2014, they joined Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the China Coverage, Syndication Finance & Financial Institution Division. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at The Bank of East Asia, Limited as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Division. Currently, they are a Senior Vice President of Relationship Management in Corporate Banking at Hang Seng Bank.

Jeff Zhang, CPA, CFA, has a strong educational background in finance and accounting. Jeff obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance from The University of Hong Kong, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a BBA (Hons) degree at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2009 to 2013, with a major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Applied Mathematics. Jeff also pursued further studies in 2011 and 2012, when they completed a BBA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Texas at San Antonio.

In addition to their degrees, Jeff Zhang has acquired several professional certifications. Jeff obtained their CPA qualification from HKICPA in January 2017 and became a CFA Charter Holder in November 2017 through the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. Jeff also holds certifications in Decentralized Finance Infrastructure from Coursera, obtained in May 2022, as well as Type 1: Dealing in Securities and Type 4: Advising on Securities from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, obtained in February 2015. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), specifically Probability (P/1) and Financial Mathematics (FM/2), through the Society of Actuaries, the Casualty Actuarial Society, and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries in March 2013 and April 2012, respectively.
