Zack Chan (FRM) has a diverse work experience spanning several prominent banks and financial institutions. Zack currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Real Estate at Hang Seng Bank, where they lead a team focused on relationship management, underwriting, and risk management for real estate transactions. Prior to this, Zack served as the Director and Division Head of Commercial Real Estate at HSBC, where they handled origination and distribution of syndication loans, structured finance, and other real estate deals. Zack also gained valuable experience at China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited as Vice President of the Global Real Estate Conglomerate division, working with various blue-chip companies and overseeing syndication loans and other financing arrangements. Earlier in their career, Zack held positions at Hang Seng Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank, and completed an internship at the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Overall, Zack's expertise lies in commercial real estate, project development, investment, and relationship management within the banking industry.

Zack Chan's education history begins in 2005 when they attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong, studying Economics and Finance. In 2006, they took a semester at Peking University, focusing on Political and Economics. Zack then pursued their MSc degree in Banking and Finance (Risk Management) at Queen Mary University of London from 2010 to 2012.

Zack's educational journey continued as they completed a degree in China Law and Taxation at The University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong again, this time specializing in Hong Kong Business Law for a year. Later in the same year, Zack enrolled at the University of Oxford's Department of Continuing Education and completed a course in Psychology in 2017.

Looking towards the future, Zack plans to enhance their knowledge in Green Finance and Sustainability by obtaining a Specialist Certification from The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers in 2023.
