Sita Arlini

Sita Arlini is a seasoned professional in visual merchandising and retail development, currently serving as a Direct Retail Development Executive at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sita gained extensive experience as a Visual Merchandiser at Female Daily Network from October 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included creating engaging displays and managing over 100 display brands. Sita also held a position as Senior Visual Merchandiser at AMOREPACIFIC, overseeing projects for the Laneige and Mamonde brands across various retail channels from January 2018 to October 2022. Earlier, Sita worked at L'Oréal Indonesia managing visual merchandising for multiple leading brands and completed an internship focused on landscape design. Sita holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Indonesia.
