Douglas Templeton is an accomplished architect and educator with extensive experience in both professional and academic settings. Currently an architect at Hanlon Architects since April 2017, Douglas has also served as an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology since August 2020. Prior to these roles, Douglas worked as the Technology Director at Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts from July 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing the school's iPad fleet and overseeing the school website. As a founding art teacher, Douglas designed a visual arts curriculum tailored for K-2 students, integrating coursework with general education objectives. Douglas holds a Master of Architecture in Sustainable Architecture from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from SUNY New Paltz.
