Amanda Vivian is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership within the aged care and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Baptistcare since August 2015, Amanda oversees Residential Aged Care, Home Care, and Retirement Living, and has held various senior roles within the organization, including Acting Joint Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Amanda's responsibilities have encompassed strategic planning, governance, risk management, and operational support services. In addition to roles at Baptistcare, Amanda has also been the Chief Executive Officer of Aurum Catering since 2015, focusing on delivering catering services to various sectors. Prior to these positions, Amanda held significant roles at Bankwest, including Chief Operating Officer for HR and Acting Chief Executive Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, where strategic HR initiatives were developed and executed. Amanda began career progression in HR management at Hbos plc, leading the implementation of a UK-wide HR system. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Manchester and participated in Leadership Western Australia in 2014.
