Agda Vähä-Piikkiö

Agda Vähä-Piikkiö is a Senior Associate at Hannes Snellman since May 2018, specializing in M&A and private equity transactions, as well as general corporate, commercial, and contract law. Prior roles at Hannes Snellman include Associate Lawyer and Thesis Trainee, during which Agda conducted research for a Master's thesis on multinational corporations and international environmental law. Previous experience includes a Legal Intern position with UNDP, an Associate Trainee role at Hannes Snellman focusing on M&A, and internships at the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Administrative Court of Turku. Agda holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Kent.
