Steven L. Chuslo

Steven L. Chuslo is the Chief Legal Officer at Hannon Armstrong. He was promoted to this role in January of 2021.

Mr. Chuslo has served as an executive vice president and our general counsel since 2013 and with the predecessor of our company as general counsel since 2008. Mr. Chuslo is responsible for internal governance matters and is actively involved in structuring, developing, negotiating and closing transactions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of securities, commercial finance and energy development, U.S. federal regulation and project finance. Mr. Chuslo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center.
