Berislav Bošnjak

Berislav Bošnjak is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in immunology and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Hannover Medical School since February 2016, Berislav has previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Medical University of Vienna and as a Senior Researcher at GlaxoSmithKline Research Centre Zagreb Limited, where investigation of anti-inflammatory properties of macrolide antibiotics was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Vienna, an MSc in Biology with a focus on Physiology and Immunobiology from the University of Zagreb, and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the same institution. During the academic journey, Berislav conducted various projects characterizing Th2 memory cells in allergic asthma and contributed significantly to the evaluation of novel anti-inflammatory molecules.
