Shruti Chowdhury

Shruti Chowdhury is a Research Assistant at Hannover Medical School since October 2022, specializing in single cell RNA sequencing, sequence alignment, multiplex immunoassay data analysis, R programming, Linux, and bioinformatics. Previous experience includes serving as a Biology Tutor at Course Hero from January 2022 to October 2022 and as a Laboratory Trainee at the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in March 2022, focusing on LC-MS, UPLC, HPLC, and FTIR techniques. Shruti also completed a Research Internship at HackBio from October 2021 to December 2021, where involvement in a collaborative genomics project utilized tools such as PyMOL, Galaxy, and GitHub. A Structural Biology Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee under Dr. Saugata Hazra from September 2021 to December 2021, contributed to research on antimicrobial resistance. Educationally, Shruti is pursuing a PhD in Infection Biology at Medizinische Hochschule Hannover and holds an MS in Zoology and a BS in Zoology Honours from the University of Calcutta.
