Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Hanns Seidel Foundation

Martin Wycisk is a current Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Hanns Seidel Foundation, with prior experience as an intern at the Permanent Representation of Poland to the EU, where responsibilities included participation in Council of the EU working groups and reporting on critical topics such as Russia’s war against Ukraine. Additional experience includes a trainee position at the European Commission, providing organizational support for the D4 Unit ITER and developing outreach campaigns, and serving as Starszy analityk at the Instytut Zachodni w Poznaniu, focusing on analysis of German policies. Martin also held the role of Vicepresident at the Forum Młodych Dyplomatów, coordinating international cooperation efforts. An educator in the German language, Martin's academic background includes a Master's degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin and a Magister in Eastern European Studies from the University of Warsaw, among other qualifications from prestigious institutions.
