Patricia Molina Martínez, PhD, has a diverse and extensive work experience across several companies and roles. Patricia started their career in 2006 as an IB Teacher at U.E Los Campitos. In 2009, they joined Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas as a Predoctoral Researcher and remained there until 2014. Following this, they worked at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2014 to 2017, first as an Oncology Medical Science Liaison and then as an Oncology, Respiratory and orphan diseases Medical Advisor. Currently, they work at Hansa Biopharma, where they have held three positions since 2018. Patricia started as a Senior MSL for Spain and Portugal, then became the EU Medical Affairs Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Medical Affairs Responsible for Spain and Portugal.

Patricia Molina Martínez, PhD has an extensive education history. Patricia started their academic journey at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, where they earned their degree in Bioanálisis, which is equivalent to a degree in Biochemistry in Spain. This degree was completed from the year 2000 to 2006.

Seeking further specialization, Patricia pursued a Master's degree as a Biotechnological Engineer at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2008 to 2010. This allowed their to delve deeper into the field of Biomedicine.

Motivated by their passion for research, Patricia then pursued a PhD in Biomedicine at the Universitat de Barcelona. Patricia focused on Neurosciences during their doctoral studies, which spanned from 2010 to 2016. This allowed their to develop a strong foundation and expertise in the field.

In 2023, Patricia attended Esade, where they completed a program in Liderazgo de Personas y Gestión de Equipos (Leadership of People and Team Management) to further enhance their skills in the business, management, marketing, and related disciplines.

With a diverse educational background, including degrees ranging from Bioanálisis/Biochemistry to Biotechnological Engineering and a PhD in Biomedicine with specialization in Neurosciences, Patricia Molina Martínez, PhD, has a well-rounded education that spans various fields and allows their to approach research and interdisciplinary work with a comprehensive understanding.
