Ferdinand Winter

Ferdinand Winter has held various roles in the legal field throughout their career. Ferdinand currently serves as the General Counsel at Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis from 2018 to 2020, first as a Senior Legal Counsel NTO Transactions and then as a Legal Counsel NTO Transactions. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Legal Counsel at Basilea Pharmaceutica. Before that, Ferdinand held the position of Attorney at Law (Germany) / Head of Legal at Kaminski Harmann Patent Attorneys AG from 2012 to 2015. Ferdinand also worked as a Lecturer at Universität Liechtenstein from 2013 to 2015.

Ferdinand Winter has a diverse education history in the field of law. In 2008, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore, which they completed in 2009. During the same time, Ferdinand also studied International Business Law at the East China University of Political Science and Law, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
