Erica Fedon has a strong background in front office roles, starting as a Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Hotel where Erica provided exceptional customer service. Erica then moved on to become a Front Desk/Guest Relations at The Logan Hotel, where Erica managed VIPs and developed strong guest relationships.
