Melissa Baldree

Manager, Customer Service Support at Hapag-Lloyd

Melissa Baldree is a skilled professional who has been with Hapag-Lloyd AG since 2004. Melissa currently holds the position of Manager, Customer Service Support and Manager Performance Management Training Team. Melissa is responsible for creating and maintaining training curriculum for all departments at the North America Quality Service Center and manages a team that conducts department-specific trainings.
