Raghib Zaidi has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Raghib started their career with an internship at The Oberoi Group in 2001. Raghib then worked at The Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore as an Assistant Manager Front Office and Duty Manager from 2004 to 2007. After that, they joined The Imperial as a Duty Manager from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Raghib worked at The Leela Kempinski as an Assistant Front Office Manager and later as a Front Office Manager. In 2011, they joined Marriott International as a Regional Manager for Front Office, Sales & Catering Systems in the Asia Pacific region. Raghib also worked as a Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott & Residence Inn from 2013 to 2014. Raghib then joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as a Quality Manager from 2015 to 2017 and later as an Assistant Director of Rooms from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are self-employed as a Hospitality Consultant since 2019.
Raghib Zaidi began their education in 1991 at La Martiniere College in Lucknow. Raghib completed their diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from the Institute of Advanced Management in Kolkata from 2000 to 2003. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University College in Edinburgh, UK. Additionally, in 2000, Raghib obtained a diploma from an Educational Institute, specializing in Hospitality Administration and Management accredited by the American Hotel and Lodging Association (A.H.A.L). From 2003 to 2005, they participated in the Management Trainee Program at The Leela Kempinski.
