Juan Lancheros has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at HAPO Community Credit Union since August 2014. Prior to this role, Juan held multiple positions within the same organization from April 2000 to June 2014, including Training Coordinator, Financial Service Specialist, Collector/Adjuster, Contact Center Agent, and Teller.
