Gordan Valjak

Gordan Valjak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gordan is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Happening since June 2023. Prior to this, Gordan worked at Microblink where they held multiple roles from 2019 to 2023, including Engineering Manager for Identity Verification, Tech Lead for Web Products, and Senior Developer. Before Microblink, Gordan was the Founder and Owner of Sretni AI from October 2018 to September 2020, where they also served as a technical consultant. Gordan worked as a Data Engineer at Instantor AB from May 2016 to October 2018, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Mentat Labs Ltd from March 2015 to May 2016. Gordan's earliest experience includes working as a Senior Software Developer at Element d.o.o. from August 2008 to March 2015, where they were involved in software design and implementation, CRM development, and database design. Gordan also collaborated with Instantor AB during this time for various projects including software development, system architecture, product development, and serving as a tech lead.

Gordan Valjak completed their education at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb from 2000 to 2010, earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they attended XV gimnazija in Zagreb from 1996 to 2000, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
