James Rappazzo

James Rappazzo has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. James is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at NewtonX, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Data Engineering at NewtonX from January 2022 to February 2023. Before joining NewtonX, James worked as a Staff Data Engineer at the same company from October 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining NewtonX, James worked as a Data Engineer at Jellyfish from August 2018 to October 2020. Prior to Jellyfish, they worked as a Software Engineer at Anthem Engineering, LLC from March 2018 to August 2018. James began their engineering career at UPS, where they worked as a Software Engineer from September 2014 to March 2018.

Throughout their career, James has gained significant experience and expertise in data engineering and software engineering.

James Rappazzo holds a Master of Science degree (MS) in Computer Science, specializing in Machine Learning, which they obtained from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Computer Science at Towson University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a PROFESSIONAL DATA ENGINEER from Google Cloud in April 2019.
