Renato Fajdiga

Renato Fajdiga has a diverse work experience in various roles starting from 2010. Renato began their career as a Student Partner at Microsoft, where they focused on Microsoft Dynamics product groups, specifically Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV. In 2012, they interned at Microsoft Innovation Center Varaždin. In 2014, Renato joined Adacta d.o.o., Zagreb as an Intern, where they developed light customizations of Dynamics NAV and actively participated in data migration projects. Renato later transitioned to the role of Application Consultant at Adacta, where they provided consulting services to clients, identified functional improvements, and supported everyday operations in ERP. In 2020, Renato worked as an ERP Product Manager at both Superbet and Axilis. In 2020, they also took on the role of Business Consultant at Derecjun. Currently, Renato is the Head of Business Applications at Happening.

Renato Fajdiga has a diverse education history. In 2008, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Zagreb - Faculty of organization and informatics, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Business systems in 2012. During this time, they also attended the School of Foreign Languages "Šimunić" and achieved an Upper-Intermediate B2.1 level in the English language in 2013.

In 2012, Renato enrolled in the Master's program at the University of Zagreb - Faculty of organization and informatics, specializing in the Organization of business systems. Renato completed this degree in 2014. Alongside their master's studies, they pursued additional education at the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and the Technische Universität Graz. At Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2014. At Technische Universität Graz, they completed a Master's degree in Software Development and Business Management, also in 2014.

In 2017, Renato attended the Polyglotte Institute, where they obtained an elementary use of the German language (A1) certification.

In addition to their formal education, Renato Fajdiga holds several certifications. These include the PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification from Microsoft, obtained in June 2023. Renato also holds the Microsoft Certified Trainer certification for 2022-2023, achieved in November 2022. Renato has several certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, such as MB-300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations, MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate. Additionally, they have certifications in various other areas, such as analyzing and visualizing data with Microsoft Excel and Power BI, developing business applications with PowerApps and Microsoft Flow, and ITIL & ISO 20000 Foundation.
