Tim Veldman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tim started their career at Malmberg as a Project Assistant in 2012. Tim then moved on to Dutch Lions Capital Group B.V. for a marketing internship, where they implemented strategies to improve marketing and sales cycles.
In 2014, Veldman co-founded Hidden Monastery and was responsible for building the brand and organizing successful events. Tim also co-founded Mindfield Leisure in the same year, where they provided consultancy services for the leisure, hospitality, entertainment, and retail industries.
From 2014 to 2015, Veldman worked as a Project Manager at Force Bewind, finding creative solutions to deal with the company's rapid growth. Tim then joined Bureau Jeugdzorg Noord-Brabant as a Project Assistant, working on the transition of youth care services.
In 2015, Veldman became an Account Manager at Dynamic Concepts Consultancy, focusing on client development and expansion. Tim later worked at Reviva Groep as a Project Assistant, dealing with a high number of back-order problems in the transition to a new software package.
Veldman joined NextNovate in 2016 as a Junior Project and Change Manager, successfully finishing projects and helping customers achieve their goals. In the same year, they co-founded Happeo, where they held various roles including Implementation Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Senior Implementation Consultant, Technical Support Lead, and currently, Global Support Manager. Their responsibilities have included supporting customers with implementation and adoption, handling technical questions, and building a customer support team.
Throughout their career, Veldman has demonstrated skills in project management, change management, stakeholder management, communications, and technical setup. Tim has also shown a strong focus on customer support and providing high-quality solutions.
Tim Veldman completed their education in a chronological manner. Tim began their education at Titus Brandsma Lyceum, where they obtained a HAVO degree in Economics & Society, Management & Organization. Tim then attended Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Leisure Management. During their time at Breda University, they also pursued further studies in Hospitality Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in 2011.
In 2013, Tim Veldman enrolled in the Institute for Tourism Studies, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Management in 2014.
Apart from their formal education, Tim Veldman has also obtained several certifications. Tim completed various courses on project management, including Change Management Foundations, Managing Project Communication, and Project Management Foundations: Teams. Tim has also obtained Scrum certifications, including Scrum: Advanced, Scrum: The Basics, and Scrum Foundation. In addition, they hold certifications from Google, such as Google Apps Certified Customer Success Manager, Google Workspace Certified Deployment Specialist, and G Suite Certified Administrator. Tim Veldman has also completed a Summer Course at Arizona organized by NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences and a Pupillentrainer certification from KNVB.
