Daylan Machado, CPA, MBA has worked in the accounting and finance field for the past three years. In 2020, they joined Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO) as an Accounting Manager and Associate Accounting Manager. Prior to that, they were an Associate Accounting Manager and Inventory Staff Accountant at Sugarfina USA LLC from 2017 to 2020. During their time at Sugarfina, their responsibilities included billing and costing over $12M in inventory, spearheading physical inventories, managing inventory accounting, ensuring accurate costing, and preparing and managing bottom-up budgets and forecasts.

Daylan Machado, CPA, MBA has an extensive educational background. In 2002, they began their education at Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Chapman University and obtained a double major of B.S. Business Administration with Finance Emphasis and B.A. Economics. In 2016, they continued their studies at Chapman University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance Emphasis. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) from Bloomberg in October 2016, Financial Valuation and Modeling from Wall Street Prep in October 2015, and Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in November 2021.
