Mathew Gomes

Mathew Gomes is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Happiest Minds Technologies since April 2023, Mathew leads recruitment efforts for product engineering, digital services, and analytics. Prior to this, Mathew founded Hoonr, a not-for-profit initiative focused on skill-based mentoring for youth employment from August 2021 to March 2023. Additional roles include AVP and Head of Talent Acquisition Group at Ness Digital Engineering, Director of Recruitment at Wipro Limited, and various positions at IBM and Adecco. Mathew holds a PGDM in Information Technology from Amity University and a B.Com (Hons) in Finance & Accounting from BJB College, Utkal University, among other educational qualifications.
