Naveen Mantri

Naveen Mantri is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and strategic resourcing, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America, Latin America, Europe, and Australia at Happiest Minds Technologies. Prior to this role, Naveen held the position of Associate Vice President at Mphasis, overseeing Global Strategic Resourcing for North America and EMEA, and previously managed talent acquisition as Associate Vice President. Additional experience includes serving as a Coach at AOL. Naveen holds an Executive General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Andhra University.
