Anita Mohandas Msc

Anita Mohandas MSc, MHP has extensive work experience in the field of health economics and outcomes research. Anita is currently the Health Economics and Outcomes Research Director at Twill, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at Edwards Lifesciences, where they focused on market access and reimbursement strategy from September 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they served as the Manager of Evidence-based Medicine at DePuy Synthes Spine, Johnson and Johnson, from 2011 to 2016. Anita also has experience as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Fellow at Ethicon, where they designed and implemented various research studies, managed budgets and timelines, and published research on quality improvement and patient-reported outcomes. Anita started at Ethicon in 2009 as a fellow and continued in that role until August 2011. Prior to their work at Ethicon, Anita worked as a Management Consultant at IMS Consulting, where they analyzed promotional programs' effectiveness, provided strategic recommendations, and performed detailed market research. Anita also has research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Drexel University and as a Research Assistant at Thomas Jefferson University, where they worked on projects related to drug delivery and insulin delivery catheters, respectively. Additionally, Anita has teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Physics at Drexel University.

Anita Mohandas MSc, MHP has a diverse education history. Anita completed their Masters of Science in Health Policy from Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the same institution in 2009. In 2008, they attended Harvard University for graduate courses in Public Health. Anita also holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University from 2004 to 2007. Anita's undergraduate education includes a BE degree in Medical Electronics from B. M. S. College of Engineering from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they have certifications in Digital Transformation, Running Product Sprints, Agile Meets Design Thinking, Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence, Initiating and Planning Projects, and Strategic Innovation: Building and Sustaining Innovative Organizations from Coursera.
