Fabien Farache

Fabien Farache has a long and varied work experience. Fabien began their career in 2005 as an Analyste Réalisateur - Développeur and Product Owner/Chef de Projet/Analyste at PriceMinister. In 2012, they became the Chef de Projet at Baobaz. In 2013, they were the Squad Lead - Release Manager - Scrum Master and Chef de Projet - Chef de Produit at dailymotion and the Associé at Dagobear. In 2018, they became the Engineering Manager at PeopleDoc Inc. In 2020, they were the Engineering Director and Engineering Manager at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). Finally, in 2021, they were the Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Ornikar, and in 2022 they became the Engineering Manager at happn. Throughout their career, Fabien Farache has been responsible for managing teams, developing projects, and overseeing processes such as Agile methods, OKR frameworks, and budgeting.

Fabien Farache has an education history that spans from 1998 to 2003. Fabien obtained their DEUG from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 2000, followed by a BTS from ENS in 2001. In 2003, they completed an Ingénieur degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in Informatique (Développement logiciel).
