Mariana Marins has a diverse work experience. Mariana started their career in 2012 as a Director General at TV Pixel ESPM, where they were responsible for internal college projects such as TV newscasts, institutional videos, events and lectures disclosure and coverage. In 2014, they became an intern at Neogama BBH, where they collected references for the Planning team, conducted market research and competitor analysis, and built out key visuals for client project presentations and pitches. In 2015, Mariana joined Social Miner as a Customer Success Analyst, helping Brazilian and international e-commerce companies plan and create marketing strategies based on consumer behavior. In 2020, they completed a Master's apprenticeship in the Research & Innovation - Product Performance Evaluation area at L'Oréal. In 2021, Mariana worked as a Research Associate at MindSpark Research, where they participated and led market research projects from start to finish. Mariana is currently working as a UX Researcher at happn, where their main professional goal is to use research to become the voice of the consumer and deliver the best in-app experience.

Mariana Marins has a diverse educational background. From 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's Degree in Market Research and Consumer Behavior at IE Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they completed a course in International Marketing at ISC Paris in 2014.
